We're all on the same team to create the wedding of our client's dreams, so let's be on the same page too. Each of the Vendor Agreements, below, includes a site map so you'll know where to load-in and know where to park your vehicle. 

We understand that each venue operates a bit differently, so we've included house rules as well as general guidelines on (what we think is) a basic level of professionalism, such as no profanity and recommended attire so someone doesn't wear a black shirt with a giant pink playboy bunny on it - yeah, that's a true story. 

While we do have expectations, to protect our Client's experience, we're also super accomodating and easy to work with so please let us know how we can help you, either now or on the day of the event. We hope your vendor experience here at Alum Creek Farm is nothing short of amazing! We can't wait to meet you!
