Our max capacity at Alum Creek Farm for 2023 weddings is 175 guests, including the bride, groom, and wedding party. We do not have a guest minimum.

• Our 22 farmhouse tables seat 8 comfortably. In a pinch, you can squeeze in 9 or 10.

• Due to the farmhouse tables being heavy, we're unable to accommodate intricate table layout requests, please make sure you advise your wedding planner of this. 

• Your dance floor will be the same location as the indoor ceremony location as noted on the floor plan.

• The location of the head table is generally the same for all layouts--placed in front of the front barn doors.

• After the ceremony, your buffet tables and bar can be placed in the greenhouse if you'd like--about 95% of our couples utilize the greenhouse for this purpose--it's truly stunning lit up at night!.

• The gift table, guest book table, memory table, etc are usually placed along the walls. In the floor plans, extra farmhouse tables are shown in dark brown along the walls. The farmhouse workbench is shown in light brown.

• The sweets table is generally a farmhouse table or the farmhouse workbench. An 8-foot service table covered with a tablecloth can also be used.

• Nothing may be placed directly in front of and blocking access to the entry/ exit doors or in the 4 corners of the barn.
