Our max capacity at Alum Creek Farm is 175 guests, including the bride, groom, and wedding party. We do not have a guest minimum.

• Our 22 farmhouse tables seat 8 comfortably. In a pinch, you can squeeze in 9 or 10.

• Due to the farmhouse tables being heavy, we're unable to accommodate intricate table layout requests, please make sure you advise your wedding planner of this. 

• Your dance floor will be the same location as the indoor ceremony location as noted on the floor plan.

• The location of the head table is generally the same for all layouts--placed in front of the front barn doors.

• After the ceremony, your bar can be set up the greenhouse as well as a few cocktail tables for guest to use to set their drinks on. Most couples utilize this option for the greenhouse-it's truly stunning lit up at night!.

• The gift table, guest book table, memory table, etc are usually placed along the walls.

• The sweets table is generally the farmhouse workbench. An 8-foot service table covered with a tablecloth could be used instead.

• Nothing may be placed directly in front of and blocking access to the entry/ exit doors or in the 4 corners of the barn.
